Sergey In The Urn

Sergey Stepanovich Tchachotin (1883-1973) was a renowned scientist, a personal friend of Einstein's, a revolutionist, pacifist and a visionary who advocated the international transfer of knowledge. This film takes the viewer throughout Europe in order to reconstruct Tchachotin's dramatic path through life. The documentary also includes interviews with his sons which tie in previously unpublished film material.
