Supporting German-language literature and its presentation
Imported literature still comprises the majority of books on the German market, while German literature only seldom makes its way into foreign markets. Consequently the Federal Cultural Foundation is funding the project litrix.de, which promotes German literature internationally and funds translations of German novels, children’s books and non-fiction works into foreign languages.
